Super-Pharm, the leading beauty cosmetics retailer in Israel launched its second "Beauty Vlogger Academy". An academy which will form, shape and instruct Israel's next generation of beauty vloggers.

The launch film, inspired by the shape of the YouTube video frame, was constructed of seven hand-made frames all made entirely from paper cuts.

Each frame was pre-designed and included a mechanism such as cog wheels, folding concertina, led lights and more and was hand operated on set.

The designing process included:

Drawing the basic sketch of each frame

Planning a vector design upon which the laser machine would cut the different papers

Cutting the hundreds of paper elements by hand and laser machine

Gluing and assembling the frames and 3d paper elements together
